- Household IUA $1,000 → Standard Maternity IUA: $2,500
- Household IUA $2,500 → Standard Maternity IUA: $2,500
- Household IUA $5,000 → Standard Maternity IUA: $5,000
After that, 100% of eligible maternity expenses are shareable. One standout feature is that Zion’s family membership rate stays the same—whether you have two children or ten.

Right after joining, members can share in annual provider visits.
After six months of membership, Zion HealthShare also shares in:
- Colonoscopies

There are no annual or lifetime caps on eligible needs. This gives members peace of mind that large medical expenses can still be shared.
The only limits apply to pre-membership medical conditions, which have a phase-in period and are capped at $125,000 starting in the fourth year and beyond.
