What is LifeWorks?
LifeWorks is a mental wellness program that shares in expenses related to counseling services at a small additional monthly cost. As a Zion HealthShare member, you would not need to meet your IUA.
With LifeWorks, well-being resources are available 24/7 via phone, web, or mobile app. Members also have the option to meet with therapists virtually or to set up in-person sessions with local mental health professionals.

Cost of LifeWorks at Zion HealthShare
The cost of adding LifeWorks to your account is determined by your Zion HealthShare membership type. It can’t be added for just one person on the membership, it would have to be added to the membership as a whole.
Individual Membership – $5/month
Member and Spouse – $10/month
Member and Child(ren) – $10/month
Member and Family – $20/month
How to Add LifeWorks to your Zion HealthShare Membership
If you have a Zion HealthShare Direct Membership, you would just need to email your request to: mcadmin(at)zionhealth(dot)org. In your email request, you will need to include your name, member ID number, and the date you would like LifeWorks added.
If you have a Zion HealthShare Essential Membership or a DPC Membership, you would just need to complete and submit the following form: Essential Membership Add-ons
Once LifeWorks has been added to your membership, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please keep in mind that any Membership changes will be effective as of your next bill date. You can cancel at any time. Just remember that the cancellation would be in effect on the next bill date from your request.
