Samaritan Ministries is a Biblical solution to health care. It is not health insurance. Samaritan Ministries is a Christian health sharing program that pays for other members medical expenses.
Samaritan Ministries delivers authentic, compassionate, and personal service in the name of Christ to enable and inspire members to provide for one another’s medical needs through prayer, encouragement, and financial support.
How Much Does Samaritan Ministries Cost?
There are a few factors to consider when looking at the price. In addition to the monthly costs, you need to look at other fees involved with your annual price or costs associated when you have medical bills.
Samaritan Ministries Monthly Cost
As a Samaritan Ministries member, you will have a monthly share that you send each month. The monthly payments are based on how many people are on the plan (individual, couple, or family), age, and which Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) amount was chosen.
At Samaritan Ministries, the monthly share price can cost anywhere between $135 to $555.
Additional Costs
$200 – Enrollment Fee (one-time)
$100 – If you change your program at Samaritan Ministries (one-time)
Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA)
The Initial Unshareable Amount, or IUA, is the amount that a member will pay before Samaritan Ministries shares in medical expenses. Your IUA amount will depend on which program you decide to join.
For the Samaritan Basic, your IUA amount is $1,500. For the Samaritan Classic, your IUA amount is $400.
